Dr. Rick Fuchs was born and raised in Huron, South Dakota, graduating from Huron High School in 1999. Dr. Rick attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska for his pre-dental education and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska in 2006. He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Minnesota in 2008 and joined Fuchs Orthodontics at that time.
Dr. Rick has served as President of the Southern District of the South Dakota Dental Association and President of the South Dakota Society of Orthodontists. He has been President of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation and is currently a member of the South Dakota Dental Association Board of Trustees. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the South Dakota Dental Association.
